Utility Management Introduction - Instructor Packet
This material was designed and field-tested in a three-day workshop. Each lesson is delivered in an hour to an hour and a half presentation followed by group activities that reinforce the lesson. There are a total of 17 group exercises selected and/or designed specifically for this course.

The instructor's packet for this textbook includes 560 PowerPoint slides divided into seven lessons, a pdf version of the Instructor’s Guide, a pdf version of the 17 exercises designed for this course, a pdf version of the pre and post-tests, all on a CD. A hard copy of the Instructor's guide, exercises, and tests are included.
